Basmati & Spice was founded by award-winning chef, bestselling author, and television personality Chef Bal Arneson and is proudly led alongside her daughter, Anoop. Together, they share a belief that food should nourish, comfort, and support healing.

Today, Basmati & Spice serves communities in more than 900 healthcare locations through its partnership with Morrison Healthcare. From patients and visitors to nurses, physicians, and healthcare teams, every meal is thoughtfully crafted to deliver both exceptional taste and nourishment.
